In additio...We use coconut oil for all our cooking. In addition to containing very healthy fats, I believe it has the best shelf life of all cooking oils. It's solid at room temperature, but turns liquid very easily. On hot summer days, it goes liquid sitting on the kitchen counter and turns back solid when the temps drop. We buy it from an Amish bulk food store. It's called Butcher Boy brand and runs eighteen dollars a gallon.
