In<br />the past on blogs etc all I could find were ones on wheat & that's the last thing I'd want in an emergency!<br /><br />It's great too that I can still have fish fingers (I think they're called fish sticks in the US) & chicken burgers etc.<br /><br />One thing I'm planning on getting soon is milk.
